Eventide has an extensive line of digital voice logging recorders, instant recall recorders, and accessories for use by communications professionals.

VR725  The New VR725 reinvents the logger using the open Linex operating system for expandability and reliability that neither proprietary nor Windows-based systems can match.

VR778
The newest generation of logger capable of recording up to 160 channels per unit, employs the Linux operating system with internal RAID disks for tens of thousands of hours of online storage.  Access is available both from standard PCs using Eventide client software, and from the front panel using an intuitive color GUI with softkeys and rotary selector knob. Recommended for applications requiring more than 48 channels.

VR615 A scaled-down version of the VR778, this unit is half the height and can record up to 48 channels.  It, too, employs the Linux operating system with internal RAID disks for tens of thousands of hours of online storage.  Access is available both from standard PCs using Eventide client software, and from the front panel using an intuitive color GUI with softkeys and rotary selector knob. Recommended for applications requiring up to 48 channels.

VR320 Economical for 8 to 48 channel applications, this logging recorder is accessible via a TCP/IP network connection. Standard software features include a comprehensive call records database and remote access from a standard Internet web browser. Available options include an 8-channel Hi-Fi input board, T1 input board, and IRIG-B time code input port. Our software remote-control packages are compatible with the VR320.

VR240 Available with up to 24 channels this logging recorder can be accessed from a PC via an RS232 connection. Those customers who already own an Eventide VR240 or Dictaphone 9800, version 2.0 or lower, can upgrade to the latest features.

VR204 A 4-channel logging recorder ideally suited for those facilities that require sophisticated logging in a very compact and economical package. This single-drive unit will simultaneously record and play its own archives as well as play those recorded on VR320 or VR240 loggers.

DIR911 Instant Recall Recorder Available in a rack-mount or desktop configuration the DIR911 comes standard with Eventide's IntelliClearTM pitch-correction software. Recorded calls can be accessed instantly, then, incrementally slowed-down (or sped-up) to increase clarity.

Software Packages - The following Eventide software can be delivered in kits or as part of a complete PC package. Contact us for more information about "turn-key" systems.

ArchiveReviewTM Through the use of this PC software package and an appropriate media drive, original archive media from a VR320, VR240, or VR208HF logging recorder can be played on any PC or laptop computer without a physical connection to the logger.

Network Access  Designed for use with an existing or dedicated TCP/IP network, this software allows network control of the search, play, and live monitor capabilities, from one or more remote locations, of one or more VR320 logging recorders. Access the the archive media and internal hard disk communications and call records database can be granted or denied by an administrator through the use of password-protected user profiles. Facilities for creating, compiling, and editing .wav files are available for users with access permission.

Easy Intranet/Internet Access  A standard feature in all VR320s shipped after Y2K is the ability to access the logging recorder over an existing Ethernet network. Add the logger to your existing network by using the front panel controls to enter a TCP/IP address. Click here for installation instructions and to download the required plugins. Then access the logger using either the Netscape or Internet Explorer web browser by "book marking" the TCP/IP address the same way you would type a URL address of your favorite web site.

PC Remote Control  This software kit allows remote access to the VR320, VR240, and VR208HF logging recorders via an RS232/RS485 interface. The kit includes an under-monitor speaker which can be connected directly to the line-out of the recorder or through the PC sound card. Also included is an RS485 to RS232 step-down adapter and all necessary connectors. Optionally available from Eventide is a telephone input board for the PC that works with the PC Remote Software to allow call-in access from any touch-tone telephone.
